TERMS & CONDITIONS – FURNFAIR WORKSPACES
Furnfair Workspaces (India’s No. 1 Brand for Work & Office Furniture) provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any Furnfair service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Furnfair reserves the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time.
ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
USE OF SITE
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Furnfair hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Furnfair in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Except as permitted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Furnfair in writing.
You may not make any commercial use of the information provided on the Site or use the Site for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted by Furnfair in advance. Furnfair reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Furnfair believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to Furnfair’s interests.
You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any content or material that:
(a) violates copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or proprietary rights;
(b) is defamatory, obscene, indecent, threatening, or otherwise unlawful;
(c) contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code.
Furnfair may assign you a password and account ID. You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this Site by anyone using your assigned credentials, authorized or not. You must notify Furnfair immediately of any unauthorized use.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
Anything you submit to the Site or provide to Furnfair, including reviews, comments, ideas, suggestions, and techniques (“Submissions”), is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Furnfair has the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use such Submissions in any form.
By posting reviews or comments, you grant Furnfair the right to use the name you submit. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Furnfair may remove or edit Submissions at any time.
RISK OF LOSS; TERMS OF SALE
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon Furnfair’s delivery of the items to the carrier under Furnfair’s standard terms of sale.
TERMINATION
Furnfair may terminate this Agreement and revoke your access without notice if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Site, and Furnfair may revoke all passwords and account access.
INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
Access from outside India is permitted, but products may not be available globally. If you access the Site from another country, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as provided in standard terms of sale, this Site and its products are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Furnfair makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Furnfair does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furnfair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or supplier error, Furnfair reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, even if confirmed. If already charged, a refund will be issued.

COMMUNICATION TERMS
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Furnfair (or its third-party service providers) to send periodic communications, including SMS alerts, updates, promotional messages, and service-related calls, even if your number is registered under DND/Customer Preference Register.
You agree not to hold Furnfair or its service providers liable for any complaints arising under TRAI regulations or other telecom laws.
